What is A Board and Train?
A Board and Train is an immersive training program where your dog stays with us, in our home, for intensive training. At Olympia Dog Training, we offer Board & Train to address specific behavioral issues and provide concentrated training.
Program Details
The Board and Train program includes an overnight stay in our home for a length of time we decide in our consult call, followed by lessons in your home to transfer leadership to you. This program offers 1:1 time with a trainer to teach obedience, implement lifestyle changes, and modify more challenging behavior issues. The transfer of leadership process is carried out through multiple in-home lessons once your dog has completed their stay.
This program is ideal for more challenging behavior issues, for owners with a busy schedule that would benefit from a head start, for familes traveling and looking to have their dogs trained while they board, and for owners that feel like they have plateaued with their own training and need help getting to the next level. All B&T programs include an Ecollar, buckle strap, 15-ft leash, and any other training collars or leashes needed, plus up to 4 return lessons.
